Spring Garden Food Truck Festival Update

According to your wild response on Facebook, close to 700 folks are coming out to the Spring Garden Food Truck Festival on Sunday, September 23rd at Spring Garden and Chapman Streets. We can’t praise the organizers of this event more – way to go!

Here is an update on what trucks to expect when you’re there. Looks like they’ll have around 10 trucks out there!

Baguettaboutit – sausages come in a freshly baked French baguette along with your sauce of choice deliciously created from ingredients hand-picked from local farmers markets. Baguettaboutit features six flavors of NC-made sausage, choice of eight hand-crafted sauces as well as a vegetarian selection. Our goal is simple: to make a great tasting sandwich with a dedication to using local products as much as possible.

Parlez-vous Crepe – “We offer delicious, made-to-order savory and sweet crêpes. We specialize in creating seasonal fillings using local, sustainable ingredients, and are always developing new recipes for our rotating menu
Deli-icious – “We specialize in gourmet paninis served with a vegetable option. Are you a vegan or vegetarian? No problem! Enjoy our veggie pasta salad, kale chips, carrot curry slaw and other yummy options!
Gussy’s -Greek Food authentic flavors of the Mediterranean to the Triangle.
Café Prost – Café Prost, Inc. knows good pretzels. We have perfected our recipe over years, producing a savory, soft and chewy pretzel dough. Using the dough as a starting point, we craft various gourmet pretzel toppings and dips to accompany the traditional Swabian classic. We take the traditional pretzel and have fun with it by adding our favorite gourmet toppings
MamaDuke’s– Mama Duke’s is a mix between Greek and American (and Italian? I swear I saw parmigiano on the menu once) food. They have some fantastic “falafel tots” and serve up some really awesome meat on a stick. Pork, chicken, and steak lovers, you’ll love this truck. For a real good price you can get a plate of food that will fill you upIce Queen– The Ice Queen is the ice cream truck you used to dream of as a kid. She’s a lot more like a mobile ice cream parlor than a plain ol’ frozen treat truck.  A made-to-order Ice Cream Sammich is a sure going to brighten your day. Choose from over 7 flavors of ice cream and 10 toppings for an awesome milkshake or sundae.El Azteca –  Taco Truck with authentic Mexican Food with a only the freshest ingredients. Arguably the best in Greensboro!
