“Food trucks would make downtown a better place to work, play, and live. Greensboro ought to be able to come up with a plan that accommodates everyone, including the owners of bricks-and-mortar restaurants. Other cities are figuring it out, so I’m pretty sure we can, too. I can see a couple of spots out my window right now where that Azteca truck would look really good.”
